Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or signing in, or by pointing a form at FormSubmit, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use FormSubmit for an organisation, you agree on its behalf.
The service
FormSubmit receives submissions from forms on your website, filters spam, and delivers them to the email address you verified. Paid plans add scoring, drafted replies and automation. What each plan includes, and its limits, is shown on our pricing page.
Nothing is delivered to an address until someone who reads it confirms it.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members do.
Acceptable use
Do not use FormSubmit to collect passwords, payment card details or other credentials under false pretences, to send spam or phishing, to collect data you have no right to collect, or for anything unlawful.
Do not try to get around plan limits, rate limits or spam filtering, or to disrupt the service for others.
We may pause a form or an account that breaks these rules, and we may stop delivering to an address that bounces or reports our mail as spam.
Your data
Submissions to your forms belong to you. You are responsible for telling the people who fill in your forms how their data will be used, and for having a lawful reason to collect it. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy.
Spam filtering and AI features
Spam filtering is automatic and can be wrong in both directions: a real message can be marked as spam, and spam can get through. Check your spam review from time to time.
Scores and drafted replies are suggestions. Review a draft before it is sent under your name, and decide for yourself whether a workflow should send replies automatically.
Plans and payment
The free plan is free. Paid plans are billed as shown on the pricing page. If you go over a plan's limits, submissions may stop being accepted until the next period or until you upgrade.
Availability
We work to keep FormSubmit running and delivering, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided as it is.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business or lost submissions, arising from your use of FormSubmit.
Ending your use
You can stop using FormSubmit at any time and ask us to erase your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Continuing to use FormSubmit after a change means you accept the new terms.
